Actor of The Week: Luke Evans

 

Luke Evans (lahir 15 April 1979) adalah aktor dan penyanyi Welsh. Evans memulai karirnya di atas panggung teater, tampil di banyak West End productions London seperti Rent, Miss Saigon, dan Piaf sebelum mendapatkan peran terobosan di Hollywood membintangi Clash of the Titans 2010, bermain sebagai Apollo. Setelah debutnya, Evans berperan dalam beberapa film thriller film seperti Immortals (2011), The Raven (2012), dan The Three Musketeers (2011), di mana ia memainkan Aramis.

Pada 2013, Evans berperan sebagai peran antagonis utama Owen Shaw dalam blockbuster Fast & Furious 6, dan juga memainkan Bard the Bowman dalam tiga bagian dari adaptasi Peter Jackson, The Hobbit. Evans menggambarkan vampir Dracula dalam cerita film Dracula Untold, dan telah terpilih untuk berperan dalam reboot The Crow.
