Justin Paul Theroux (lahir 10 Agustus, 1971) adalah seorang aktor asal Amerika dan juga sutradara yang dikenal lewat film Mulholland Drive (2001) dan Inland Empire (2006). Dia juga terkenal sebagai penulis beberapa film seperti Tropic Thunder, Iron Man 2, Rock of Ages, dan Zoolander 2. Sejak tahun 2014, dia membintangi serial HBO, The Leftovers.
Theroux pernah menjalin hubungan dengan seorang stylist Heidi Bivens selama 14 tahun sampai tahun 2011. Theroux mulai mengencani aktris Jennifer Aniston pada tahun 2011, setelah bekerjasama dalam film Wanderlust. Mereka bertunangan pada Agustus 2012, dan kemudian menikah pada 5 Agustus, 2015.
