Caitríona Mary Balfe (/ kəˈtriːnə ˈbælf /; lahir 4 Oktober 1979) adalah seorang aktris, produser dan mantan model busana Irlandia. Dia terkenal karena peran utamanya sebagai Claire Fraser dalam serial drama Starz Outlander (2014 – sekarang), di mana dia telah memenangkan dua People's Choice Awards, dua Saturn Awards, dan Irish Film and Television Award, dan menerima empat Golden Globe Nominasi penghargaan untuk Aktris Terbaik dalam Serial Televisi - Drama.
