Robert Allen Riggle Jr. (lahir 21 April 1970) adalah aktor, komedian, dan mantan Perwira Marinir Amerika Serikat. Riggle lahir di Louisville, Kentucky, putra Sandra dan Robert Allen Riggle, yang bekerja di bidang asuransi. Keluarganya pindah ke Overland Park, Kansas ketika dia berusia dua tahun. Dia bersekolah di Shawnee Mission South High School, di mana dia terlibat dalam stasiun radio dan TV sekolah. Dia terpilih sebagai yang paling lucu di sekolah menengah dan lulus pada tahun 1988.
