Fan Bingbing (lahir 16 September 1981) adalah seorang aktris, penyanyi dan produser televisi asal Cina. Dia lahir di Qingdao tetapi dibesarkan di Yantai. Dia lulus dari Shanghai Xie Jin Film dan Televisi Art College dan Shanghai Theatre Academy.
Fan telah menerima penghargaan dari International Film Festival Tokyo, Festival Film Mahasiswa Beijing, Golden Horse Film Festival dan Hundred Flower Awards, dan banyak yang lainnya. Dia menduduki peringkat pertama pada "50 Most Beautiful People in China" daftar pada tahun 2010 oleh surat kabar Beijing News. Karena penampilannya di karpet merah, film perdana, dan fashion show, media menggambarkan dirinya sebagai ikon fashion.
