James Edward Franco (lahir 19 April 1978) adalah aktor Amerika, pembuat film, dan instruktur perguruan tinggi. Untuk perannya dalam 127 Hours (2010), ia dinominasikan untuk Academy Award untuk Aktor Terbaik.
