
Owen Cunningham Wilson (lahir 18 November 1968) adalah
seorang aktor, produser, dan penulis skenario Amerika. Dia telah memiliki
hubungan yang panjang dengan pembuat film Wes Anderson, dengan siapa dia
berbagi menulis dan bertindak kredit untuk Bottle Rocket (1996) dan The Royal
Tenenbaums (2001), yang terakhir yang membuatnya mendapatkan nominasi untuk
Academy Award untuk Skenario Asli Terbaik. Kakaknya, Andrew dan adik

Wilson lahir di Dallas, Texas, tengah dari 3 putra untuk
fotografer Laura (née Cunningham) Wilson (lahir 1939) dan Robert Andrew Wilson
(1941–2017), seorang eksekutif periklanan dan operator dari sebuah stasiun
televisi umum. Orangtuanya, keturunan Irlandia, berasal dari Massachusetts.
Wilson menghadiri New Mexico Military Institute dan University of Texas di
Austin, di mana ia mengejar gelar Bachelor of Arts dalam bahasa Inggris
Pada bulan Agustus 2007, Wilson berusaha bunuh diri dan
kemudian dirawat karena depresi di Pusat Kesehatan St John dan Cedars-Sinai
Medical Center di Los Angeles. Beberapa hari setelah dirawat di rumah
sakit, Wilson mengundurkan diri dari perannya di Tropic Thunder, yang
diproduksi oleh dan dibintangi temannya dan sering bekerja sama Ben Stiller.

Wilson mengencani Kate Hudson pada tahun 2008 dan 2009.
Pada Januari 2011, Wilson dan pacarnya, Jade Duell, memiliki
