Emilia Clarke (lahir 1 Mei 1987) adalah seorang aktris Inggris, yang dikenal karena perannya sebagai Daenerys Targaryen dalam seri HBO Game of Thrones, dimana dia telah menerima nominasi Emmy Award.

Clarke membuat debut Broadway-nya di Breakfast at Tiffany sebagai Holly Golightly pada Maret 2013.
