Craig Theodore Nelson (lahir 4 April 1944) adalah aktor Amerika. Ia dikenal karena perannya sebagai Hayden Fox dalam serial televisi Coach (yang ia memenangkan Emmy), Deputi Ward Wilson dalam film 1980 Stir Crazy, Steven Freeling dalam film Poltergeist 1982, sipir di My Name is Earl, dan Mr. Incredible dalam film The Incredibles 2004 dan sekuel 2018-nya. Nelson dilahirkan sebagai Craig Theodore Nelson di Spokane, Washington, pada 4 April 1944. Dia adalah putra Vera Margaret (née Spindler; 1906–1971), seorang penari, dan Armand Gilbert Nelson (1900–1964), seorang pengusaha.
Nelson bersekolah di Sekolah Tinggi Lewis dan Clark, di mana ia bermain beberapa olahraga, termasuk sepak bola, bisbol, dan bola basket.
Setelah sekolah menengah, Nelson belajar di Universitas Washington Pusat.
